The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of the township and is elected by direct ballot of eligible voters. Supervisors serve a three year term. The Treasurer and Clerk serve two-year terms.
The Annual Election will be held March 10, 2026 at the Town Hall from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM. The Town Hall is located at 405 6th St. Hawley and is the Designated Annual Polling Place. Anyone desiring to be a candidate for office of Hawley Township must file his or her name with the
township clerk beginning December 31, 2025, and closing January 15, 2026, at 5 p.m. Offices expiring are: One, three-year term for Supervisor and One, two-year term for Clerk.
There is a $2 filing fee.
