This is public notice to the Residents of Hawley Township of a Special Meeting to be held Monday, 15 September 2025 at the Hawley Senior Center 405 6th Street, Hawley MN at 4:30 P.M. Meeting is to address request for a field accesses in the southwest quarter of Section 4, along 200th St N, just north of Lee Pet Clinic.
The Hawley Township Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on 25 September 2025 at 7 P.M. in the Hawley Senior Citizen’s Center located at 405 6th Street, Hawley, MN.
The purpose of the hearing is to act on an application from Scot Manthe for a Platted Subdivision of 67 acres located in the west half of the southwest quarter of Section 9.
The applicant has also requested that a variance be granted for building setback from the lake from the township setback of 200’ to the county setback of 150’.
Our gravel vendor will be placing gravel on the scheduled township roads to include all roads in Bouton Addition.
